"State Special Security Department 70 Years" Badge.

So to get right to it - has anyone ever seen this before? The seller says it is a 70th anniversary badge for the Mongolian Security services. The one I have has the standard single sword and shield so I think this is for another, perhaps justice or other legal, department.

OR, considering that it doesn't seem to be of the same quality as all of the other Mongolian badges I've seen (especially the reverse), is it simply a fake?

Many of the post-1991 badges are of pretty low quality and none are rare, or valuable, or well known enough to attract the faker's attention. Worry aboiut things like the Hero of Labor.
