MVD Badge?

Dear Badges'experts :)

Can you please help identify this one? Can't find no pics of this one on most known sites!

Would it be an MVD Badge?
Is it an easy to find cheap piece or a more rare one? how much would be an average price?

Thanks,

Dolf

It says: MVD Academy of USSR

Never seen one. Is there a pic of the reverse?

Rusty.

This is what I could get. It is a commemorative badge for MVD education established after 1973. I am including an image of one and you will see a difference right away: there is the number 50 on the badge and I can't see it on your badge Dolf. Pricing? I have no idea. But since it isn't exactly like the book, I'd be cautious about it if the asking price is high.
