white embroiding on air general cap ?

hi folks,

i just got a new adision in the mail today.
i just adore the look of airforce cap's.:thumbsup

this new m69 general cap had rather white embroiding compared to my others. :confused:
whats the point of this ,, was it made on purpose this was?
some kinda ground crew air force general ?:idea

the cap is undated ,, but buttons are from 1985.

how about this?

It looks like an un-issued very late soviet, or early post soviet air generals parade cap...i am not sure what you mean by 'white embroidery' though....i might be missing something.

sorry i ment the embroiding looks more kinda white silver to me ,, rather than the shining gold thats normal.

It looks like the color I have seen on pretty much all these very late unissued caps...if that is what you bought it as, enjoy it...looks good on display.

i bought it very cheap , only 87 us.
i love the look of it, the some what differend collor makes it look even better to me.

Looks to me as if the golden embroidery has been heavily "faded", from the forces of the environment, sun, humid air ... simply lost its golden touch.

that makes sence to me ,, since the cap has 1985 butons.

I wouldnt want to jump to conclusions but would that happen to be a Soviet-Power made visor cap?
I was just thinking this because it looks VERY similar to a certain cap held in their store, especially the wings at the top and the white cord band...
Very suspicious.

Nice hat though.
