Is this an authentic badge for 60 years of Guards or a fantasy piece?

I also have one of these, it was given to me by a visiting officer who took it off his uniform.:)

This badge is heavy, I guess its made of solid brass.
Badge itself is not maker marked.

Anybody know who were given these, and when?
All I know is that a podpolkovnik from Leningrad Military District gave it to me..

Those coinstands are so dirt-cheap and fantastic!!:thumbsup, so I use them for displaying just about anything.
