A badge from the MVD Higher School. This example is post '62 in that only the top line (Higher School) is in place... from '60-'62 a lower line with the MVD and the individual republic would be seen. Note the raised, straight "LMD" on this example. Tightening wheel is original.

A later example of the same badge. On this one, the LMD mark is of the stylized oval type and on the lower portion of the badge.
