Brief description of the military feat or achievement
Battalion commander Bagrov is faithful to the mission of the Leninist-Stalinist party and the Socialist Motherland. He's politically and morally stable. As the Commissar of the 90th reserve anti-aircraft artillery division, comrade Bagrov performed enormous work on division organisation and training of reserve soldiers for the frontline. With his specialized training from the Sevastopol School of anti-aircraft artillery from which he graduated in 1935, Comrade Bagrov taught soldiers and commanding officers on his personal example how to master military knowledge faster and demanded it from his subordinates. The party-oriented political work in the division was on a high level, thus providing a high level of political morals among the soldiers and the commanding officers being sent to the frontline.
During Comrade Bagrov's service in the regiment, the regiment trained 17,344 people from the main and the junior commander staff. From those, the following have been formed and sent to the frontline:
