Jubilee Medal "20 Years Of The Presidential Security Service".

Another new medal for 2012 (to go along with a new President, Evgeny Shevchuk). One slight difference in this medal that I've not seen in other PMR awards is that the suspension ring is soldered. The "full enamel" look to it is, perhaps, a Russian Federation influence- several of their newer awards have a similar look.
