Comrade Ovsepjan in battle for Székesfehérvár 21-12-1944 to 25-12-1944 unceasingly provided uninterrupted work of the traction battery. At the moment when the battery was sent forward to direct fire in the combat formations of infantry in the region of the city, enemy fire had incapacitated one traction unit, despite of heavy enemy artillery-machinegun fire Comrade Ovsepjan restored the machine and made it possible to perform the supplied tasks. 23-12-1944 in the region of Sárkeresztes during a counter-attack of tanks one machine was set on fire. Comrade Ovsepjan despite of danger to life rushed to save the automobile and the combat items located on the machine. Comrade Ovsepjan is worthy of the Governmental award Order "Red Star".
