I've got to say that I've handled a ton of these, and this is the first time I've seen a blue-colored doc. I don't doubt it's real, but it's not all the usual. I always seen the simple white paper doc (small), sometimes folded, sometimes not.

The documents in the hard cover have been given to people who participated in the Victory Parade and high rank officers.
The document signed by the Minister of Deffence of USSR Marshal Grechko.

And this, is fake? the badge seen to have the colour a little different from the other.

I've seen a few different color variations. You should be OK.

Both badge and document are OK. This is the common aluminum variation, whereas the previous one was apparently the scarcer brass version.

They come in a couple different flavors, and I've always wondered why. I figured it was because of different points of manufacture. I've seen them in silver tone, gold tone, and even done in nice brass instead the usual cheap stuff. The doc is a little thing, smaller than than the usual by about half.

Docs also come as a green or blue hardcover as well. The hardcover ones I have seen were for higher ranks - rank hath its privileges I guess! Highest rank I have for the paper ones is a senior lieutenant.
