This little group came in today. CSM and two jubilee medals. Any comments?

Is the date 21. August 1967 related to a mass wound awarding for WWII service?

I think it's safe to assume this was a wound awarding. That date is too early for jubilee catch-up awards for the October Revolution/Civil War.

It would sure seem that way. If any of these docs had a unit v/ch, I might think it could be something else since serving soldiers and MVD guys could probably get the same awards. Does the date correspond to one of those big wound orders dates?
