Online Russian Translator..anyone use it?

Guys,

Please participate in this poll. I'm thinking of deleting the Russian Translator button in the upper right hand corner of the forum as I don't think it's being used.

Although I have a vested interest as a translator, if you want it done right, you need an experienced human.

Hi Art,
I don't use your "button" as I have this site seperately bookmarked in my "favourites"

Translator

Hi Art,

I use this almost everyday, but I have it separately bookmarked. Sometimes I use babelfish also to compare translations.

Art,
I don't use the hyperlink. But I use this site very often. It can also be accessed at Переводчик онлайн и словарь от PROMT: английский, русский, немецкий, французский, испанский, итальянский и португальский языки. which is easy to remember.

I also use Babelfish from time to time, but when texts are complex, the first site is much better.

If you remove the link, it might be a good idea to at least post the URL in the Online Reference thread so new comers can discover it.

I also use babelfish and the stand alone IM translator so I have no need for that button either Art.

Art,

Pretty much the same for me -
I don't use the button specifically, but I do use the site along with Babelfish and others.

If taking the button down is advantageous, I'd say go ahead. A list of online translators in the reference area is a good idea as well.

Just my thoughts,

- Sean

I completely support Sean's suggestion.

I don't use the button either because as others I have the link for that translator in my favourites.
Anyway most of the time use another one.

Btw, can anyone please PM me the link for that "Babelfish" thing? Another online translator specialized in Russian? Thanks.

I have had no need to use it, but is it a problem leaving it?
It is nice to have it there if needed.
