Some 20 Years of the RKKA documents
Any comments about these, especially the one with the photograph?

Both documents are original. About the photo I have some doubts. Probably it was attached recently. His rank named as "batallion comissar" and he should have one rectangle on the uniform. But instead he has two squares what corresponds to "politruk" rank. So the guy on the picture two ranks behind :)
