I happened upon this Kazakh version of the 65th Anniversary medal + document issued in 2010 on a Russian language site. Both the 60 and 65th anniversary medals given out in Kazakhstan differ slightly than the official Russian version (issued in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.) in design and that they are written in Kazakh.

Here is another Kazakh example. I'm not sure where these are minted but they have a better look and feel to them than the Russian and Ukrainian Medals.
