"Excellent in people education" Armenian SSR

Here's a couple of nice badges (IMHO). The first is for Excellence in People's (Public) Education of Armenia SSR. I don't have any documents yet...yet.

It is either silver or at least silver-plated. The first picture is without a flash and the second shows something that looks like "verdigris" around the open book, but is almost invisible to the naked eye.

It is very small, but very well-made with high quality details.
