Amidst bomb blasts while risking his life, Comrade Serbilashvili ran from pole to pole fixing the broken lines, fixing seventeen breaks and restoring communications for the attacking 57 Rifle Corps.
On 3.2.1945 near Domaniki telegraph/telephone lines were subjected to enemy mortar fire and destroyed. Comrade Serbilashvili displayed exemplary bravery and fearlessness and under enemy restored one kilometer of broken telephone/telegraph lines to the 57 Rifle Corps and supplied continuous communications with the Army command.
