I have only one of the RSFSR badges, Artist, and I think around 8-10 in total, but I am not so good with the camera and pictures, so only the ones with scans under 50M are posted. Prices on the Russian ones seem to be $40-80, the other republics are cheaper, mostly $10-30. The documents are the hardest part, the price is usually about double with document.
Most of these scans come from sellers in Russia that will not ship to USA, I have a one reliable contact in Russia that will ship items out, but its expensive and time consuming. So I have been limited in what I can get out, also they sell very quickly, so lots of times they are already sold before I can make an offer. It seems like it should be easy to find a partner in Russia that takes paypal and can send items out, but it has proven to be very difficult.

I think this is a letter awarding the Honored Builder of RSFSR. Can anyone translate this?

Hello Keith,

this is not a award document for the badge it is is an official greeting from ministry of hard industry to this person that she got a honored titel and badge of honored builder.
