Here is the Honorary Title "Meritorious Agricultural Worker Of The Uzbek SSR" ("Хизмат Кўрсатган Кишлоқ Хўжалик Ходими" / "Заслуженный Работник Сельского Хозяйства").

I can't find the establishment date of this award but I would suggest c1970.

This is #143. The reverse is stuck very clearly but the obverse seems to have been struck (by the Leningrad Mint) with a lot of grease on the text.
