Ugly symbolics and I think the word Union (Edinstvo) is upside down. Sergei.

This is not new in fact, it is a bit old (1990s). The group does not exist any longer. I recently read an article about it and the badges that it produced; some of them are extremely rare and quite popular.
I'll sift through my documentation when I go back home in about 3 weeks.

By the way, the badge you show is turned 90° to the right.
