Honorary Certificate Of The Presidium Of The Supreme Soviet Of The GSSR.
From the NJ seller:
Medal of the Recipient of an Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Georgia. Circa 1970s. Brass, enamels. Obverse shows the state emblem of the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic. Raised "LMD" maker mark of Leningrad Mint to the reverse of both the medallion and the suspension device.
