Here is the docs if anyone can tell me if the doc on the right is another award card or the citation. It is different from the one on the left and is mostly blank.

This Red Banner was awarded for action against German Fascism. Unfortunately there is no citation.

The recipient was MIA/KIA some time between 15th May 1943 and Victory Day.
