Here is an unissued Document of the Transitional piece. A very transitional piece as it is a continuation of the Soviet award. Created on 2nd March 1992 and replaced by the Ministerial level Medals "For Distinction In Military Service" on 27th March 1995 - A three years and 25 days transition period.
