Gentlemen,
This looks like a standard issue 1975 Mine Clearing Badge: ... well, it's not. Look at the back of the suspension. These copies were made in the early 90s. Here is the reverse of another. I believe it to be a restrike as it is quite different from the reverse posted by Alexei.

I've asked for more scans and got it. It is definitely a copy with the "Made in the USSR" mark on the back. To stay away from this one.
