Agree. I find it interesting also that the shoulder board has black base, or at least it looks so.

Looking at pic 8, it looks like they're preparing a parade for hotel bellboys.

I thought exactly the same thing.
I presume that the uniform was made for a former MSU.

Black background does look pretty baddass compared the "official" olive drab.

The bellboy looking uniform was carried by the people that marched with flags, and stood guard by the side of the parade, carrying an SKS. I'm not sure what the uniform resembles, though.
