Gelashvili, Estat Mihajlovich, Construction Worker
Here is a strange group to Georgian Construction Worker Estat Mihajlovich Gelashvili or Est'at'e Gelashvili (ესტატე გელაშვილი). The group covers 1975-2010.
The group is strange in the way that as far as I can find out Gelashvili was NOT a Great Patriotic War veteran and is most likely a complete group. His Labour Glory III #133293 is a Type 1 with rivets.

The 21st April 1975 Ukazs cover vast areas of the construction industry of the entire USSR.

Gelashvili was awarded #011284. Likely for contribution to Georgia or to the celebration of the anniversary rather than actual participation in the War.
