Interesting document from 1920.

Certificate of personal identification from the Political Department of the 15th Rifles "Inzensky" Division of the Red Army attesting that Comrade Berdychevskaya is a Bolshevik Commander in the 15th Division.

Not necessary a commissar either...
As Komandir RKKA pointed out, this is a certificate for showing support to the RKP/Bolshevik/communist cause.

Sorry, it wasn't at all clear (to me) what point "Komandir RKKA" was trying to make.

The translation I allude to in my first post is the best I have received. Is it wrong?

This certificate was given to civilian woman and certified that she likes bolsheviks.
She wasn't no comander, no commissar, no military at all.
