I hope you can tell me what kind of sport badge is this exactly :-)

The badge is "To the champion of the GTO [Ready for Work and Defense?]1977 Komsomolskaya Pravda [newspaper]" - most likely given to someone who won a competition of the GTO badge awardees organised by the newspaper in 1977. No indication of discipline, but possibly thre were more than one, but they gave the same badge for all of them.

Yes, this badge (not medal) was issued for GTO Soviet Union Champion. The Union Competition was organized by the Newspaper Komsomol Pravda (Truth).
Here is similar badges from different years.
