"For the military buff here is a real nice commorative medal. The writing on the back appears to be Russian. The medal is gold color and is in good condition on the front, minor surface scratch on the reverse. The ribbon also in good condition, no fraying. The medal measures 1 1/4 inch diameter, from the top of the ribbon to the bottom of the medal is 3 1/4 inch long. The widest part of the ribbon is 1 7/8 inch"

I don't see any dissinformation in this description, looks like the guy honestly doesn't know what it is, and did his best to describe it. The price is, of course, about ten time what it should be.

Perhaps the most stupid description (and ugliest badge) I saw:
