Badge "Excellent In Combat And Political Training".
Here is the Badge "Excellent In Combat And Political Training". A ministerial award of the Ministry Of National Defence originally in multiple classes but soon amalgamated into a single class.
These Badges are quite commonplace and vary in quality considerably. Here is a fairly early Bulgarian Mint produced single class example with hot enamel.
