Gabelaia, Givi Gvadaevich, Agricultural Worker
Here is a pair of Labour Orders to Givi Gvadaevich Gabelaia. Both his awards were for deeds during the Socialist Competitions of the Five Year Plans of the 1970's-80's.
His Order Booklet for his Order "Labour Glory" 3rd Class states the Ukaz as 27th December 1976 which was a date of a truly vast number of awards for success in the 1976 Socialist Competition. Here is the reference to what should be this award - �� �� online Awards to advanced workers of agriculture in the Georgian SSR. I believe even more specifically for the production and sale of crops.

His Order "Red Banner Of Labour" Ukaz is 21st December 1983 which is for deeds in the 1983 Socialist Competition to advanced workers in livestock and dairy products. �� �� online
