Laureate Of The State Prize Named Shota Rustaveli.

Here is a medal and booklet.
It is awarded to Sergei Solomomovich Kobuladze, Georgian sculptor.
The badge features Shota Rustaveli, the famous Georgian writer and is made of gold.
Bought it in Georgia around 5 years ago, for around 300$
