Here is the Mongolian "People's Revolution 40 Years" Medal from 1961. This Medal was serial numbered. #28401.

Two varieties are reported by Urnukh, var. 1 with larger numbers and var. 2 with smaller digits (he shows these in the picture on p. 196). Sadly, I don't have an "observed breakdown" between the two, but show only a range for the medal of 00105 to 58252.

Also a deviant Soviet-style suspension.
