The Medal "60th Anniversary Of Victory In The Second World War 1945-2005" was instituted in 2005 and awarded by the "National Public Committee For The Celebration Of The 60th Anniversary Of Victory In The Second World War".

Included is a document named to Ivan Todorov Petrunov

Maybe, as for Russia, we should make two distinct threads: Official /Unofficial medals.

So far there have only been very few "Organisational" awards and with some of them the "Organisation" is created by the National Government just for the purpose of issuing the single award so as for how "official" or "unofficial" they are can be up for debate. As is the way with many former communist nations a few unofficial "awards" do pop up from time to time and I'm sure if Bulgaria even 1% as crazy as the Russian Federation with the "Committees" an unofficial section will have to be created.

More recent Bulgarian awards have been following the lead the Russian Federation has set with different Ministries issuing their own awards so it is going to get "interesting".
