Demobilisation-related documents to a female soldier

A set of 2 docs to a female private Zofia Widziołek of the 35th Central Sapper-Engineer Warehouse of the Polish Army.
The first document is a list of items she was issued (Female overcoat, female uniform, trousers-skirt, field cap, eagle cap badge, 2 female shirts, 2 Bras, 2 handkerchiefs, 2 pairs of stockings, ankle boots, Belt) and it's signed by the warehouse commander lt. col. Gołubiew (possibly, but not certainly a Soviet Officer).
On the back of it, there's a note regarding her service, according to it, she served from May 5th 1945 until November 1st 1945. She was likely demobilised because she was a woman - shortly after the war almost all the women that served in the army were demobilised.

The second one is the departure order for her to go to Kraków to be demobilised for November 1st-2nd. This document was written on the back of some company or institution blank that was in both German and Polish, so most likely a paper from 1939-1945 era from the Generalgouvernment.
