Just got this off E***.

I have the later version with the light blue ribbon.

Does anyone know if anything similar was done for the VSKhV?

Yes, there were medals awarded to Young Participants of the VSKhV; ribbon was green, like other VSKhV medals, but the front design was specific.

Just found a BDHX medal for young participant on ebay and got it for 10$...

I never saw a document for this version though.

BTW, I never seen the documents either. Probably they are rare.
