I'm talking about the fact that practicaly no other country "participated" in the "minute of silence" for the guy who lead North Korea and died. This is not some devious scheme on my part - look, as I told you, for yourself. You will see how non-popular (not unpopular) globally the ideas of the current government were who wanted some sort of honoring of the former leader.

In tribute to Kim Jong-Il's 70th anniversary he has now been "renamed" the Eternal Leader and promoted to Dae Wonsu (Grand Marshal), the same rank as his father.

It can now only be speculated if there will be a new renewed constitution elevating him to a joint eternal president in the near future.
