Here is the Republic Of Armenia Education And Science Ministry Gold Medal (ՀՀ Կրթության Եւ Գիտության Նախարարության Ոսկե Մեդալով), the highest award of the Education And Science Ministry.

I have not yet been able to find an establishment Order or date, but the earliest awarding I can find is from 2003.

Here is the Specimen, which was never intended to be awarded. The reverse reads "Ag(925)(Au999)", referring to the metallic content, Sterling silver, gold plated.

Even though it was the specimen, it was issued with a certificate from the mint.
