First off: the "Ak Shumkar" medal? Order?

"Dank" medal

"Hero mother" order

The medal "Ak Shumkar" is awarded as a special sign to recipients of the title of Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Order "Danaker" - Peacekeeper - is awarded for diplomatic/cultural services towards bering nations closer together.
