uniform design

Inspired by the uniforms that I collect, Ive decided to design my own. Opinions are appreciated. I am aware that everything is out of proportion. Still incomplete, need to add shoulder boards like these: http://www.soviet-awards.com/forum/a...s-rank3wz5.gif but the star will be wreathed, collar embroidery, patches, cuff embroidery, askelbanti, a generalissimus sash: http://www.soviet-awards.com/forum/a...r-boards-3.gif under awards and belt shoulder strap, etc. If I some how figure how to fit a shashka into the image, I will. The uniform itself will be white or grey while the collar is black I think it looks cool even though it was used by the TR.

Art, I think that linking to images within forum is OK because you said so.

How about some nice embroidery on the cuffs? Like maybe a big state shield sorta thing.
And "French" cuffs I like.

Or maybe the jacket in red leather???? Like a biker jacket or TR panzer wrapper?

Red leather?!?!?! And even though I love the design of the panzer wrapper, I dont think it will look good with breeches (Yes this is going to look like a Zhukov)
Oh, and I know, Im adding embroidery of this sort

It would look more PLA-like than soviet-like then...

Nice design, Willie keep up the good creation work.
You made me wish sharing my designs too

However, if you don´t mind a suggestion, wouldn´t aiguilettes and the "Sam Brown" belt look better at the right side of your uniform so you could fully show the medal bar?

The sam browne is the only one over the medals. I put it over the right shoulder because thats how most countries do it. Maybe Ill put it under the medal bar. I actually have two aiguillettes. One simple cord on left and a full blown aiguillette on the right. I cannot switch them cuz the full blown one needs a lapel to attach the two tips to. The sash is covering the left lapel. Well, I just tried to apply color to the collar and screwed up the stars (I havent attempted to color anything in the past 5 years)
