Medal "Participant In Emergency Humanitarian Operations".

The Medal "Participant In Emergency Humanitarian Operations" (Медаль
«Участнику Чрезвычайных Гуманитарных Операций») was instituted 27th December 1995 by ministerial decree #885. As this award is intended for world citizens for aiding in humanitarian operations either within or outside Russia both a Russian language and English language version exists.
