Medal Of Labour.
Here is the Bronze Medal Of Labour (Médaille Du Travail) of Madagascar. Founded on 26th February 1960 (long before the Communist regime) and awarded for 10 years continuous service to the same employer (A Silver Medal was awarded for 15 years).
This example was awarded to Pierre William Razafintsalama for 14 years good and loyal service on 25th May 1985.
