overcoat branch insignia

I need your advice and help again, i cant identify the army branch of this major overcoat.

i woudl have to agree, it is railroad troops

Perhaps a translating difference, but I always heard these called "motor transport" insignia.

Motor Transport troops is correct.

i always heard of these as being railway and that the motor shooting/transport troops had the same insignia as regular army (the laurel wreaths in a horseshoe)
