Another fake??
"20th Anniversary badge. Brass over lead construction with red enamelled front depicting OGPU (KGB) founder "Felix Dzerzhinskiy". Shield style. Screw back. 26 mm tall". I looked at the "blue book" by kutsenko, and there is NOTHING like it. My guess - a fantasy piece.
