Very unusual Soviet Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center (Star City).

Obverse: TsPK -Tsentr Podgotovka Kosmonavtov/Center of Preparation of Cosmonauts - named after Yuri A. Gagarin.

Reverse: 1969, ZVEZDNY GORODOK (Starry Town, or the more popular Star City).

This award commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Training Directorate at Star City.
