Still not a great deal of information on this Order. It seems to be a Police merit award.

Hi Eddie, do you know when was this order established? I don´t remember seeing it in the Law Decree I translated.

Hi Esteban,
This Order wasn't included in the original law decree so little information is known at the moment. However I do know this is a Police or Internal security related Order.
In 1980 the law decree was updated and new Orders Medals and Distinctions created, I presume that the Orden "6 de Junio" was one of those.

Additional information, although how reliable i'm not sure.

This Order was awarded for Police Bravery.
In 1989 this Order all but disappeared from the awards list after the promoter of these Orders, General Arnaldo T. Ochoa Sánchez was executed.

it seems Arnaldo Ochoa was rather a 'bad guy' in post revolutionary Cuban history. What did he do? Anybody has a link with information on this man(except wikipedia for obvious reasons)?
