M34 backpack

hallo guys
I'm new here ( and in collecting soviet II WW militaria ) and would like get your opinion about this backpack. I know that is soviet M34 EM backpack dated 1938 or 39 ( not the commanders M34 backpack as those which were prescribed to commaders had no loops for messkit ) but my question is how rare are this type of backpack and how much it could be worth ?

I haven't seen any others like this, it seems like a generic bag. But it has obvious age to it, but I have no idea if it could be just another fake or not. How did you come to ownership of such a nice bag?
I'm sure a more experienced member can shed more light on this satchel!

Typical fleamarket find here in Poland. I have no doubt about originality of this backpack. The question is how rare it is and how much is it worth.
I'm not collecting such early soviet equipment so I'm not interest in keeping it and would like to sell it for honest, for both sites, price.
I seen M34 backpack for commanders priced around 2000 euro but would like to know real value og EM backpack (I suspect that the commaders M34 backpacks are much rare than EM backpacks as there was definately less commaders than soldiers ).
