Cross "For Distinguished Service".
The Cross "For Distinguished Service" was instituted during the reign of Ferdinand I for 10 and 20 years service with two classes, one for officers and one for enlisted service personnel.
Here is the Tsar Boris III Cross "For XX Years Distinguished Service" for enlisted.
