The document is good. You probably have nothing to worry about the badge - I'm not aware of these being faked yet.

There are a lot of fake graduation badges, especially in the baltics.

I've seen bad blue general staff badges and the earlier '50's (?) type white graduation badges faked, but are they faking white graduation stuff from the '70's on.
