Here is a good old reuse and recycle Identification that was once from the Moldavian SSR but ended up being used for Senior Dispatcher Oleg Savel'evich Erisov of the State Company "Moldenergo" until the end of 1996. Moldenergo, based in Chisinau, was the sole supplier of electricity in Moldova until 1997.
