Temporary Certificate (#3) for an Order of the Red Star issued to Junior Lieutenant Nikolai Yakimovich Satchikin dated April 5th, 1945 and signed by the Commander of Military Unit #14958, Major and Hero of the Soviet Union (#1828), Ivan Fedorovich Asessorov.

More accurately, it is a congratulatory note to the recipient's parent(s) and not a temporary certificate.
