There were several large long service batches that - among others - awarded Red Banners: 3 Nov 44, 21 Feb 45, 30 Apr 45, 6 Nov 47, 24 Jun 48, etc.
The "hard core" of the 3 Nov 44 awards stretches from s/n 130,000 to 180,000, 21 Feb 45 from 180,000 to 200,000, 30 Apr 45 from 200,000 to 240,000, etc., although it's a large grey area with much overlap. It seems that any Red Banner from s/n 110,000 on can be for long service from one of the forementioned decrees. |
